Can I get a refund/exchange for a change of mind?

The straightforward answer is YES. Our priority is our customers. You have 30 days to return your item for free if you change your mind after receiving it. 

Please note that to qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused.

What if an item is faulty or my order is incorrect?

We always prioritize our customers first, and If there is an issue with your order or item you have purchased from our website, please email us at gethelp@balanspace.com or fill out the form below with details of the problem. 

If the product you received is broken, faulty, or not what you ordered, we are happy to provide a refund, replacement or exchange, including all free shipping. Any refund given is for the original value of the returned goods at the time of purchase only. Please make sure you email us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make the necessary arrangements. 

 Refunds may take up to 48 hours to be processed to your original payment method, once the returned goods are received. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Where do I ship my return?

To initiate a return, please email us at gethelp@balanspace.com or complete the form below. Once approved, we'll email you a free shipping label.

To expedite the process, please fill the form with the same name, Email address and order# (if known), as your order.

Lost or stolen item items

Balanspace is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once shipped from our facility. However, we will help you as much as we can. Please contact us, if you feel your package has been lost or stolen.

Privacy of your information

When making a return, you may be asked to provide Balanspace with information in order to process the return. Information collected will be dealt subject to and in accordance with the Balanspace Privacy Policy.
